Drew McIntyre has been out of ’s weekly programming for a few weeks due to an injury he suffered at Survivor Series WarGames to his eardrum. At the beginning of the month, it was expected that Drew could be available to return to the ring at the end of December, although it seems that it will not be like that.
Drew McIntyre has recently been pulled from the card on December 26 at Madison Square Garden, which means the Scotsman is unfit to wrestle after the eardrum injury. He is also not expected to be in the rest of the week’s non-televised events.
Drew McIntyre was scheduled to fight in a four-on-four match in the main event of the show, but the card has been modified and this is the new ‘main event’: Kevin Owens and Braun Strowman vs. The Usos. We will see if McIntyre returns in the last episode of SmackDwon of the year or if we will have to wait until 2023 to see him back.
