All Elite Wrestling taped the special September 23 episode of Rampage Grand Slam after the Dynamite show on Wednesday, September 21 in New York.
- Sting and Darby Allin vs the House of Black. During the match, The Great Muta appeared and spit mist in Buddy Matthews’ face causing Julia Hart to fall onto a table and Sting took the opportunity to take the win with Allin.
- HOOK and Action Bronson vs Matt Menard and Angelo Parker
- TBS Championship: Jade Cargill (c) vs Diamanté. After the fight, Trina, who accompanied Diamanté, betrays her and shakes hands with her Cargill
- Samoa Joe and Wardlow vs Tony Nese and Josh Woods. The Losers attacked Joe after the match, but Wardlow helped him and finished off Woods, Nese and Mark Sterling.
- Jungle Boy vs King Phoenix. After the match, Christian Cage returned with his arm in a sling and Luchasaurus beat up Jungle Boy as Cage watched and cut a promo.

- ‘Golden Ticket Battle Royale Match’: ‘Hangman’ Page eliminated Rush in last place and will have a shot at the AEW World Championship on October 18
